Prayers & Scripture Readings

Please Pray for Our Sick and Shut-Ins: Janet Scott, June Rupp, Anna Klecan, Georgette Konow, Catherine Bristol, the Binner Family, Mayra Gould and her parents,  Linda Shultz,    Thomas Kennedy(Duane Hoven’s step-brother), Mike Wolfe(Estelle Wieder’s nephew), David Kleiner(friend’s of Cheryl Canonaco), Brian Lowe(George Lowe’s brother),  Mildred Smith(Estella Wieder’s step-mother), Patrick Dolphin,  Jeff(friend of Jane Schreiber), Kathy Koster,  Bernice Neuman(Tracy Binner’s mother), Marilyn Martin(Jan Galbraith’s mother), Frank Rupp III, Mindy & Dolores Paul (friend & family of Dorothy Taormina), Avo Uudna(brother of Krista Tammaru) and Millie Syvertson.

We ask you to keep in your prayers all those who are currently serving in the military especially Nick Eosso, Stephen Maslowski, Lara, Jo Asplund, Christopher Botterbusch, Kevin Magee, Adam Morell, Guido Morell,  Steve Amador, Dan Ferdinand, Brian Rolwood, Joe Finley, and Mark Amador.    If you have someone that you would like to add to this list, please contact Kathy in the office.  All those in the military need our support.

A note on our prayer list... As our list of prayer concerns grows, we must occasionally remove the names of folks who have been listed several weeks or more.  We encourage all to continue to pray for those with ongoing concerns, and invite you to contact Pastor Jill or the church office when you feel that a name should be put again on the prayer list.  In all of our prayers - at home, and together here - let us lift up to God all in special need, those both known and unknown to us.

If you are ill, hospitalized, having surgery, or otherwise in need of prayer or a pastoral visit, please contact Pastor or the church office.  Click here.

Communion

All who confess Jesus as Lord are welcome to receive Holy Communion.  Children who have not yet been prepared for first communion are invited and encouraged to come forward for a pastoral blessing.  Grape juice is available in place of wine by asking Pastor at the altar, as are gluten-free wafers.

Summer Coffee Hour Fellowship

Summer Coffee hours have begun and there is a sign up poster in the Narthex.  Please consider volunteering to host one of these events.  It is a wonderful way to share fellowship with the entire congregation! You and/or your family can host an hour, or team up with other members of the congregation to host.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Regina Brinkman.
